This year I met a friend who even after 10 plus years in the church felt like she had no real friendships. Other woman see friendship circles in the church and wonder why they are having such a tough time meeting other women.
With all the conversations I have had about true authentic connections with other woman I knew God was calling me.
I want to press reset and shift the culture of church back to community.
This Group would be a community of woman meeting twice a month. Once during the day after the kids are dropped off at school and then two weeks later sharing a meal around a table.
I have a few studies in mind but I think what I am hoping more for, along with a developed deeper relationship with God, is a circle of friends that are present and connected.
We will meet my little house - modest but warm and welcoming!
